Private Pilates Sessions
Private Pilates sessions are personalized and programmed with your specific needs and goals in mind. Whether you are dealing with an injury or are focused on meeting a fitness goal, our certified Pilates instructors will guide you through a tailored workout that includes all of the Pilates apparatus such as the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, and Barrels. We highly recommend booking 2-3 sessions a week for optimal results.

• Single Private Session – $85
• 10 Private Session Package – $765

Semi- Private Sessions
If you enjoy the camaraderie of working out with a friend while working to meet specific goals, then a Semi-Private Pilates session is perfect for you! Our expert Pilates instructors will personalize and tailor your session on all of the Pilates apparatus to meet the needs and goals of both you and your training partners. Please note that Semi-Private sessions are limited to 3 individuals. We highly recommend booking 2-3 sessions a week for optimal results.

• Single Semi-Private Session (per client) – $45
• 10 Semi-Private Session Package (per client) – $400

Pilates Mat Class
Pilates Mat classes focus on the classical mat exercises developed by Joseph H. Pilates that challenge the body against the forces of gravity. These open level classes focus on the Pilates principles of Stability, Coordination, Concentration, Breath, Precision, and Flow. Props such as small hand weights, resistance bands, and Pilates rings are used to add variety and challenge. The benefits of Pilates mat work include a stronger core, increased mobility, improvement in posture, and gains in balance and coordination. This class will give you the strength and skill to enhance all of the other activities you participate in such as golf, dance, athletics, or Crossfit.

Vbarre Class
Vbarre is a workout designed to tone, trim, and transform the body with a fusion of ballet, Pilates, and resistance training. By blending dynamic movement with calorie-blasting cardio, Vbarre targets those trouble zones such as the hips, thighs, glutes, and core, delivering one powerful workout with amazing results!
